All In One SEO Pack and SEO Yoast are two good plugins to use if you're using the WordPress platform. I highly recommend you install one of them, whichever you choose both are free and works great to boost your SEO content. Although they're different with certain features, they both have the same output which is to streamline the on-site SEO process by generating automatic META tags, optimizing titles for every post, and optimizing SEO descriptions.
Both of them are easy to use, and it's easy to learn how to use them. It's best to use these plugins because when you do you can give your content a better look than other bloggers who don't take the time master this greater advantage. When using SEO plugins it can make your site appear on the first or second search results page instead of being further or last on the search results page. You should also use Google Adwords Keyword Tool to help you with keyword research. When you enter a word or phrase, it will give you a list of good potential keyword ideas that you can use in your blog posts or titles.
I suggest that you pick some good potential keywords and use those keywords wisely when placing keywords in your content. Don't use the keywords over and over too many times, and don't use the keywords just once or twice. Use the keywords enough so that the keyword or words stand out. Years ago placing keywords over and over in content was common and popular, that would result search engines to be manipulated. Now today things have been updated within google and this little common trick is more harder to do. When Google catch on that your content have the same keyword placed in it too much you will be notified by google that you're violating the content policy. I'll show you some of the best ways to insert keywords.
-Put your main keyword (the keyword you want the post based of) once in the main title of the post
-Use the keyword once within the first 100 words in the post
-Use the keyword once in the final paragraph
-Place the keyword in the title tags and the meta descriptions
-Place the keyword in sub titles when appropriate
-Use related keywords or pharses throughout the content
Get your site up to speed because that will be a key factor in growing your site and getting your site to rank at the top. Google gives emphasis to site load times. Most of the users will leave from your site if it takes more than 5 seconds for your site to load up. You can use Pingdom's speed test tool which can tell you how long it takes to load up your site. If it takes longer than 5 seconds, you should use new hosting provider or make some changes to your site to make your site load more faster.
When writing content, you should focus on the length of each posts There can be a difference in the length of each post. You can keep it brief with 300 words or less, or you can go all out with 1,000 words or more. We can go on forever on how long the post length should be, but a study showed that choosing how many words should be in a post depends on the keyword that your post is based upon. They pulled this information from the top 5 blogs in each niche. Here's the results:
Keywords:
-"Gadgets" 183 words in the post
-"Gossip" 185 words in the post
-"Web News" 326 words in the post
-"Politics" 468 words in the post
-"Health" 666 words in the post
-"Marketing" 1,087 words in the post
-"Finance" 1,228 words in the post
-"Personal Development" 1,475 words in the post
So when you're tyring to determine how long your content length should be will depend on the keyword you're looking to stay on subject with in each posts. But it's best to keep posts at least at 250 words or more. If your posts is less than 250 words, the search engines might not pick up your site due to other sites using the same keywords or post titles but longer theirs have longer content. It's a known fact and have been proven that sites with longer content length ranks better and these sites gets pulled up first in the search engines. I think Google rewards sites with longer content because longer content equals more quality vs shorter content length.
Each of your post shouldn't be the same amount of words as all the others. If all of your posts was 300 words that wouldn't be a good look. It would look as if everytime you blog, you only want to stick to this 300 word count no matter what the keyword or topic of your post is about. That wouldn't be good quailty to the users which can result in your site not building.
When blogging, include images and pictures in your posts that related to the content to give readers something to look at when they want to stop reading for a 1 second glance when they want to think over a sentence they've just read. This trick will give your blog post more SEO benifits. You should also include the keywords in the image or picture that you insert, and put ALT tags in the HTML code by putting alt="keyword within the HTML code. Make sure you keep the keyword very brief and use it enough in your content so your site can be picked up by the serch engines.
Try not to use links to other pages or sites as much because this takes your users to another site or page. Once your users are gone, there's no guarantee that they'll come back. This is my own personal SEO Tip which helps my blog rank higher than other blogs in the search engines. You should also have your site set up on the sidebar with different widgets as far as different categories, recent posts, about me, subscribe, and different other widgets that you feel is necessary to give the users beter navigation on your site to get to where they wan to more quickly on your site.
Blog and post new content as much as possible. The main mistake bloggers make is not blogging or putting fresh new content on their site as often. This mistake can make your subscribers unsubscribe, it can make users who looked forward to you putting new content up become less interested in your site. It can also drop your site lower in the rankings of the search engines. You should update your content more because it will result in search engines sending crawlers to your site more. When you update your content often, your new content could show up in the index more faster. Instead of weeks that it will take for your content to show up in the index, it could show up in days or hours.
You should post blogs often and avoid going a long period of time without posting fresh new content. The average blogger with good content and a great niche posts between 2 to 5 posts a week. Share your posts with social media like Facebook this can give you an advantage if your content is good because when your friends like the posts it allows their friends who might not be friends with you, at least see the post and read it and if they like it too then it passes on to their friends and so on which is a great SEO Tip. This will also help improve your rankings in the Search Engine which will result in more audience.
There's a lot of talk on Google's SearchWiki and how it effects SEO. Most bloggers says that it will ruin SEO, and that Google's new SearchWiki sucks. Most bloggers are scared and they think the world will end tomorrow, lol. The outcome of SearchWiki and what people think can go on forever, but people might be missing the point of Google's latest idea for their search engine. It allows users to edit the search results that shows up on the search results page, Google helped make SEO a high needed tool for any online site. Any user can now be able to edit the results they see in the search engine results page. For instance, if users thumbs up a site in SearchWiki that site will move up on top of any site that will show up in the search engine results page. So if a site is constantly getting thumbs up to their site and your site is in competition with that site in the search engine results page, chances are that site will out due yours and rank higher than your site which will result in their site showing up first in the search engine before your site.
Your site must be of great quality, user friendly, and easy for the user to navigate because if your page and your competitor's page shows up in the SearchWiki search engine results page and the user visits your site and didn't like it and they hit the back button to get back to the search engine results page then go into your competitors page and liked it and thumbs up their page, you can be ranked low by the search engine and your site can be buried in the pile on the search engine results page. If this happens you will lose traffic to your site as well. This is why bloggers and sites in the SEO field are bad mouthing SearchWiki, they think SearchWiki will take their SEO sites downhill. Will Google's new SearchWiki be good or bad for your site? Go find out.

Asbestos
Asbestos is a different set of minerals that can be very resistant to chemicals and heat. Because of these different things that asbestos consists of, asbestos fibers is used in the construction field in different kind of materials like the shingles on roofs, insulation, and it's used on automotive parts. Exposure to asbestos will result in mesothelioma cancer which is very fatal because there is no cure for mesothelioma. Asbestos occurs when the fibers is breathed in or swallowed which will result in you being exposed to asbestos. Once you're exposed to the fibers it will affect your mesothelium tissues which is a thin layer of tissues that covers your internal organs.
Depending on the location of the cancer, the type of mesothelioma that one can have could be different. The type of mesothelioma that affects the lungs is called Pleural Malignant Mesothelioma which is the most common type people are diagnose with. The type of mesothelioma that affects the abdominal tissues is called Peritoneal Mesothelioma is another type of the cancer and it can occur around the testicles and around the heart as well. Since there are different types of mesothelioma the symptoms of each type can be different. The symptoms of Pleural Mesothelioma is lumps under the skin on the chest area, hard to breathe, weight loss, and chest pain especially when coughing. The symptoms of Peritoneal Mesothelioma is weight loss, lumps developing on tissues in the abdominal area, and abdominal pain and swelling. The symptoms of Pericardial Mesothelioma is chest pains, and hard to breathe. Mesothelioma of the testicles symptoms is swelling in the testicles or if you find a mass composition area on the testicles.
You should contact a doctor if you have any of these symptoms, also you should contact a lawyer which could help you understand the legal action you can take due to exposure of asbestos. Asbestos Lawyers have a lot of knowledge and great experience in the laws when it comes to medical malpractices, personal injury, and product liability. So it's best that you contact an asbestos lawyer and hire one to move forward and succeed in filing a lawsuit on the company that is liable of exposure of asbestos.
Asbestos can be very dangerous to your health when the fibers become airborne and you inhale it while removing insulation or when mining is removed. The asbestos fibers will get stuck in the stomach or in the lungs when inhaled. When you inhale the fibers it can cause you to cough instantly which will let you exhale some of the fibers, but most fibers settles in and in a short period of time it will form into mesothelioma which is cancer. But not only mesothelioma in which the fibers can cause, it also can cause asbestosis which is not a cancer, it's a lung disease that's very serious. Asbestos fibers will affect your lung tissues which will result in the tissues to scar when inhaled. This will make it hard to breathe and there won't be much oxygen that gets into your blood which is not good. You will hear a dry sound in your lungs when you inhale, and you will have shortness of breath. You will have a high risk of asbestos if you are in the mining field, or the construction field, or the auto repair field. On a permanent basis, Asbestosis may not be treatable at times.

Home Mortgage
It is better to be informed and have knowledge and information on home mortgage before getting into it so you can know what you're getting into. Home Mortgage will be a debt added on to your list of debts you already have if any, but this is one debt you don't want to play around with and mess up like previous loans you might have had in the past. There are so many foreclosures going on now today, so trust me that you don't want to get into a home mortgage with no knowledge. When you rented the property before, the property manager was in charge of the repairs and things. Now you will be in charge of the repairs if any damage occurs on your property in which you are now the owner. It will depend on the area where the home is located that you're trying to buy that will cost you more fees, a community that is very nice and if it is surrounded by mansions or condos then there will be some extra fees you have to pay.
Before jumping into it you need to determine if it's good to buy or not because your interest rate, your closing costs, and other costs can make the amount very high. This could result in your home mortgage being so high that any downfall that you might come across in the future might make it hard for you to afford the mortgage. This is why there was so many home foreclosures in 2013 already and the year isn't fully over. I will tell you some finance tips that can help you.
-Large Down Payment
If you put down a large down payment which would be way more than what the minimum down payment they're asking for, this would make your interest rate and your mortgage lower. Having your interest rate and mortgage lower could benefit you when it comes to making payments, your payments can now be a better price that you can afford to manage. If you put down a low down payment, loans will only provide only a little equity and your interest rate and amount will be high which can put you so far in the hole you can't continue to manage your payments if a lose of a job happens or something.
-More Debt To Worry About
Keep in mind that this loan will be an extra bill added on to your already list of bills such as utilities bills, car note (if you have one), phone bill, health insurance, car insurance. After bringing all your other debts to mind, the thought should now be will be be able to afford this home mortgage.
-Credit Score
Depending on what your credit score is, when you apply for a loan it will help determine what your interest rate would be. So it will pay to keep your credit score in good condition and looking great before you are ready to buy a home. Paying your mortgage payments on time will keep you away from the risks of your home going into foreclosure. If you have a bank account, you should set up the automatic bill pay option with your home mortgage, that way it can always be paid on time as long as you have the money in your account to cover it.
-Don't Refinance
You shouldn't refinance your home unless it will lower your interest rates that you hade before. You should work at getting rid of your mortgage debt as quickly as possible by getting a small loan amount that you would be able to pay back within 20 years. If there is no prepayment penalty then you should make payments that's more than the amount you're suppose to at times when you can afford to.
A lot of young adults and teenagers have in the back of their heads that they want to go to college and graduate, then get married and buy a home, but a lot of them don't understand how much debt this will be. Research have shown that the average college graduate has more than $26,000 in debt from student loans. And their next step is they want to take on mortgage debt that will put them even further in the whole. It is very important to understand the costs of owning a home before you get yourself in debt with home mortgage. Mortgage interest rates, stands at an average 4.4 percent for a 30 year mortgage fixed rate, homeowners must also think about both property taxes and homeowner's insurance costs, as well as the down payment amount. Not to mention a lot of mortgage companies will also require that you get mortgage insurance as well.
Before jumping into it you need to determine if it's good to buy or not because your interest rate, your closing costs, and other costs can make the amount very high. This could result in your home mortgage being so high that any downfall that you might come across in the future might make it hard for you to afford the mortgage.
Car Insurance
When applying for car insurance, the company will divide your personal history into two different categories to determine what kind of driver you can be. Those to categories are situations that you can influence, and the other is situations that you couldn't control. The first category breaks down questions like are you married, what is your occupation, what is your credit score (and if you don't know it then they will run it), and do you rent or own the place where you live. If you haven't had any car accidents in the past, the car insurance company normally will give you an insurance quote that is low and affordable. And also if you're married, if you have a high credit score, if you've been on the same job for a lot of years, and if you are a homeowner then these factors will give you a low insurance rate as well.
For the second category they will ask you what is your age, and what is your gender. Customers who are under the age of 25 years old, the insurance company looks at you as a high risk of having a car accident because most young people drive careless and reckless. But what's sad is they take this age thing up to the age of 25 in which i don't think that people from the age of 22 to 25 drive that reckless, mostly teenagers do. And as far as gender wise, within the last decade there has been a difference with the rates when it comes to male and female. Research and studies have proven that males pay more than females when it comes to auto insurance rates. Why is that? Well that's a question that all males have been waiting to hear the answer for.
When the auto insurance company asks you where do you live, and where is your job, the reason they asks those questions is to determine where do you often park your car. They want to know that because if it's a bad area with a high crime rate then your vehicle is more at the risk of being broken into or stolen. Therefore this information could be good or bad for your insurance rate depending on what type of area it is. If it's a bad area then this will jack your insurance rate up a little more to compensate if your car is broken into or stolen and you file a claim. If the place you live at have a garage and you park your car in the garage, or if you live somewhere that allows you to park your car off the street in something like a gated community or a residential parking lot, then chances are your car is less than likely to be stolen or broken into. If so then this will result in your insurance rates being low.
There's so many things that can determine your car insurance rate to either be high, or be a low rate. The main factors are the type of car it is, your driving record, your personal information, and where you often park your car. The small factors will be the type of coverage that you want, and what will your deductibles be. Not to mention if you have ever beed arrested for driving under the influence, then you can prepare for your insurance rates to go up a bit. Also your vehicle's make, model, and what year it is can play a role in what your car insurance rate will be, and that is beacuse some cars cost more to insure than other cars, and some car are highly targeted for theft than others which makes certain cars a higher risk than others. Some cars have been proven to be more safe and protects passengers more better than others, which will result in the cars that is more safe insurance rates to be lower. Some cars cost more to repair because of the parts than others, this will play a role in your insurance rates as well.
If you own a car that has lots of horse power, car insurance companies feels that you are at a higher risk to get into a car accident which will increase your insurance rates. If you've had car accidents in the past (even one accident, including if it was your fault or not) you can already expect your insurance rate to be up a little. Moving violations as well will play a role in boosting your rates as the insurance companies feels that this will determine the type of person you are behind the wheel. These moving violations can give the insurance company the idea that you are a reckless driver, and a reckless driver is a high risk of accidents occuring. If you have none of these things under your name then i guarantee your insurance rate will be lower than others. Don't believe me then go as someone who have these things under their belt what is their insurance rate. They probably tell you they pay a arm and a leg.

Digital Photography Tips
-You Should Create a Sense of Depth
When you take photographs, you should take them in landscape because it really helps to create a sense of depth which will make the viewer feel like they are there in the picture. You should use a wide-angle lens which will give a panoramic view and a small aperture of f 16 or smaller to keep the foreground and background looking sharp. If you Place an object or place a person in the foreground it will help give a sense of scale and can show how far away the distance can be. You should use a tripod if you have one which can prevent your pictures from coming out with that shakey look from you not holding the camera steady.
-You Should Use Simple Backgrounds
The best approach is usually keeping it simple with your backgrounds in digital photography. The way to go about keeping it simple would be to decide what should be in the shot, when you decide what will be a distraction if it's in the shot then do not include it in your shot. Neutral colors and simple patterns is also what will keep your backgrounds simple. You would want the viewer to see the focal point of the picture instead of anything in the picture or background that would distract them from the focal point. Unless you're taking a shot and the focal point isn't at the center of the picture, then something odd in the background will be ok.
-You Shouldn't Use Flash Indoors
For indoor portraits, using the flash can make the portrait look weird in a way that the portrait don't look natural. There are pleanty of other ways you can take a picture indoors without using the flash. Pushing the ISO up can make a big difference for the shutter speed you can choose, try boostion the ISO up from 800 to 1600. You should use the widest aperture your camera has which will give you more light that will reach the sensor and you will have a perfect looking background. You should use a tripod or an Image Stabilization lens which is another good way to avoid blur.
-Make Sure You Choose The Right ISO
The ISO setting will determine how sensitive your camera is to light and also will determine how fine the grain of your image will be. The ISO that you should choose will depend on the situation of the scene like when it’s dark you can boost the ISO up to a higher number from something like 800 to 1600 and this will make the camera more sensitive to light and will also avoid the picture from blurring. If you're outdoor and it is a sunny day, you should choose a low ISO like 100 or something, or use the Auto setting because there's more light to work with on a sunny day.
-You Should Pan To Create Motion
You should use the panning technique if you want to capture a subject while it's in motion. You should choose a shutter speedwith around two steps less than the normal if you want to do that. For instance, if it's 1/250 then you should choose 1/60 and remember to keep your camera on the subject and keep your finger half way pressed down on the shutter button to lock the focus on your subject, and when you are ready you should always follow your subject as it moves to get the best results for motion pictures. You should also use a tripod to avoid the camera from shaking so you can get that motion look on the outcome of the picture.
-You Should Play Around With The Shutter Speed
Playing around with the shutter speed can result in some great looking effects on pictures, so don't be afraid to do so. If you are taking pictures outdoors and it's night time, set the shutter speed to 4 seconds and take a picture while the camera is on a tripod. This will result iin the movement of the object being captured, also will be some light trails that adds a nice looking effect. And If you set the shutter speed to a faster shutter speed, the trails will not be as long or bright as they was before and instead you will freeze the action. Keep in mind that this effect works best when you are using a tripod and if you are taking pictures of a moving object or subject.
-You Should Compose In Thirds
The rule of thirds works by having four lines in which two of the lines lying horizontally across the image, and the other two lines vertical creating nine even squares across the camera screen or image. Well, most of the images will turn out best with the focal point or subject being in the center square of the 9 squares, and placing the focal point or subject off center will result in creating a more aesthetically composed picture. The viewers eyes will wander the frame of the whole picture when a picture is composed using the rule of thirds. It is proven that when a picture is taken following the rule of the thirds the picture becomes more interesting and catchy to the viewers eyes.
-You Should Avoid Camera Shake
When a photographer has the camera in hands and preparing to take a picture, if your hand aren't steady and shaking when you take the picture it will result in the picture coming out with bad quailty. Ways you can avoid this is hold your camera properly and steady when taking pictures. Make sure you use both hands with one hand around the body of the camera and the other hand around the lens of the camera without your hand blocking or in the way of the lens which will turn out in the picture. It is very important to make sure that you are using a shutter speed that will matches the lens focal length of your subject. For example, if your camera have a 100mm lens, then your shutter speed shouldn't be no lower than 1/100th of a second. Also use a tripod if possible, which will give your camera stability from shaking.
You Should Use The Sunny 16 Rule
The Sunny 16 Rule will help you to predict how to meter your camera when outdoor and it's very sunny out. You should choose an aperture of f/16 and 1/100th of a second with the shutter speed setting if you're ever in a situation like this because it will result in a sharper picture which isn't over exposed or under exposed. You should also use this rule if camera's light meter isn't working, or if your camera don't have a LCD screen that will let you see the image that you have taken.
-You Should Use a Polarizing Filter
You should use a polarizing filter if you can only afford to buy one filter for your lens. A polarizer filter will help reduce the reflections from showing up in the image in things such as reflections in water, metal, and glass. A polarizer filter will also improve the colors in the sky, and not to mention the filter will help protect your camera lens as well. The kind of polarizing filter you should get is the circular kind which will allow your camers to use through the lens metering. I hope you've enjoyed reading these Digital Photography Tips and will put them to use.
